1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by West End Theatre Courses ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website at glow-mosaic.com and participating in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). West End Theatre Courses provides:

3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Course Enrollment
Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and completion of registration requirements. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements are made
- Payment plans may be available for certain courses
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors
3.3 Refund Policy
- Full refund: Available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start date
- 50% refund: Available if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before course start date
- No refund: For cancellations less than 7 days before course start date
- Medical exceptions: May be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation
4. Student Responsibilities
4.1 Attendance and Participation
- Regular attendance is required for all enrolled courses
- Students must arrive on time and prepared for classes
- Missed classes cannot be made up or refunded
- Students are expected to participate actively and respectfully
4.2 Conduct and Behavior
Students must maintain professional behavior at all times, including:
- Respectful treatment of instructors, staff, and fellow students
- Appropriate dress code for movement and performance activities
- No use of recording devices without explicit permission
- Compliance with studio rules and safety guidelines
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
4.3 Health and Safety
- Students must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries
- Participation in physical activities is at your own risk
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings
- Emergency contact information must be kept current
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Course Materials
All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, exercises, sheet music, and choreography, are the intellectual property of West End Theatre Courses and its instructors. Students may not:
- Record, copy, or distribute course materials without permission
- Share proprietary techniques or methods with unauthorized parties
- Use course content for commercial purposes without written consent
5.2 Student Performances
We may record student performances and showcases for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- West End Theatre Courses shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during participation in our programs
- We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment opportunities
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service
- We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage
7. Course Modifications and Cancellations
7.1 Our Right to Modify
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course schedules, content, or instructors as necessary
- Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances
- Substitute instructors when necessary

9. Photography and Recording
- Photography and video recording may occur during classes and events
- Images may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out
- Students may not record classes without explicit written permission
- Professional photographers may be present during showcases and events

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Use of illegal substances on premises
- Theft or damage to property
- Disruptive or threatening behavior
Violations may result in immediate dismissal from programs without refund.
11. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
- Most programs are designed for participants aged 16 and older
- Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent
- Emergency contact information is required for all minors
- Special youth programs may have different age requirements
